For our database powered sites, Professional Web Designs will retain the copyright of the source code, as the technology and software implemented in the web site is proprietary. However, once the site is launched, we license the copyright to you for zero on-going costs. The copyright is not to be sold or duplicated, similar to the laws and regulations that accompany any commercial Internet technology.

The client will own all subject matter content which they enter into the site including property listings, property photos, agent info, agent photos, company info and company photos as well the graphical content of the site. Professional Web Designs retains all intellectual property rights encompassing program codes, database schema and proprietary algorithms.

Non-payment for services rendered forfeits all client rights under any agreement with Professional Web Designs.
